Currency: Canadian Dollars. Shopping cart sales are processed in Canadian dollars regardless of displayed amount. Other currencies shown are approximate and for comparison only. National 4wd takes into consideration in the exchange rate; inbound freight, duty, US dollar purchases and clearing fees to Canada. US customers wishing to purchase product in USD and delivered to a US location pay only USD and freight.

Internet Pricing vs. In store Pricing Disclaimer: Online prices are available for online purchases only, National 4WD reserves the right accept or refuse online pricing in-store or in-store pricing online.
It is possible to receive different pricing on the internet verses in-store pricing. If you shop online for a price, then go to the store, you may get a different price and maybe higher price.

If you encounter a pricing situation you have a choice…
1. -Buy online through the online store (you don’t get your club or any other in store discount or promotion).

2. -Buy in store and get your over the phone, in person quote and club or any other in store discount if applicable.

National 4WD reserves the right to change this policy at anytime without notice.


Price Match Guarantee: National will not be knowingly undersold. If you find the identical product on sale for less, within 30 days, we will gladly refund 110% of the difference. National 4WD will only price match online purchases against online sale items and in-store purchases against in store sale items . Consideration will be given for duty, exchange rates and freight. This policy does not apply to end of line sell offs, used, remanufactured, re-boxed, out of date, out of business sales and/or club or group buys.

Traveler’s Special: We realize that finding the necessary expertise to install some products where you live can be difficult. No problem. We are glad to help. If you book any install that requires at least 8 hours, and you live more than 2 hours away, we will gladly pay for one night’s stay at a local motel. Call us for details.

Warranty: Our warranty policy is as follows. In the case of parts purchased, we strictly follow the policy laid out by the specific manufacturer. In most cases, manufacturers will not cover expenses such as labor, return freight, duty or taxes. We suggest you follow the links in the shopping cart to the vendor’s home page to get the specifics of their warranty. On any installation done at one of our locations, we will warranty the installation for the life of the product.

Delivery/*Shipping: Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration. National 4WD reserves the right to cancel any order placed and fully refund any monies received in the event of product being unavailable from the vendor or manufacturer. National 4WD makes every effort to ship to our customers in a timely fashion. Air shipping is available for an additional charge.
Best way Shipping Option is shown as 0.00 at checkout. It is NOT free. A National4wd representative will contact you usually within 48 hours with the shipping rate for your order via email. Upon your approval we will add the shipping rate to your credit card or Paypal account which you originally chose unless other mutually acceptable arrangements have been made.

International Shipping;
National 4WD Centres typically ships to United States and Canada through the automated online store.

Tracking Number;
A tracking number is normally emailed to you once an order has been completed and shipped is shipped by courier. In the event an item is not in stock, National 4WD may choose to have it shipped directly from the vendor or manufacturer to fill your order as quickly as possible. In this case a tracking number will not be provided but if needed, we would request one on your behalf.
Canada Post or US Postal tracking numbers are not provided. Please allow 7 working days before requesting tracking numbers.

Shipping Claims;
1 – Damaged Goods
If you receive a package that is damaged, you must report this to National 4WD immediately. Keep all packing materials. If possible, note to driver at the time of delivery that the package is damaged but do NOT refuse shipment. Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. All damaged packages must be reported to National 4WD within 7 business days. Damages not reported in this time become the customer’s responsibility.
National 4WD Centres is not responsible for damaged goods or missing shipments that have been signed for.

2 – Lost Shipment;

Errors, Omissions, Copyright: All illustrations, photographs, and specifications within this web site are based on the latest product information available at the time of publication. While we strive for accuracy, National4wd.com reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to prices, descriptions, images and policies. National 4WD reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event there is found to be an error in pricing or product description. National 4WD Centres may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Return Policy: All returns require prior authorization, National 4WD Centres will only accept new unused, unopened items for return. Special order, electrical, cut, custom painted and custom built items are non-returnable. Mounted tires are deemed to be used and are non-returnable. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be obtained from National 4WD Centres within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for refund. Refunds, if given, will be refunded through the same method as the original payment. All returns after 7 days will only be eligible for an in-store or online credit at National 4WD’s discretion. 30% restocking fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original shipping. Items returned without prior authorization or collect will be refused. NationAl 4WD Centres will not be responsible for loss of product, shipping or any other charges incurred from products returned without prior authorization (R.G.A.).

Fee Schedule;
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 30% will apply to merchandise returned for any reason other than damaged or wrong merchandise sent. We do not accept used merchandise under any circumstances. NO refund will be given for parts that have been installed or products returned with missing parts. Please check packages upon receipt to make sure all parts are there.


Sales Taxes/Duties: Only orders shipped to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec are charged G.S.T. and applicable sales tax if any.
Orders shipped to Canadian destinations other than Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec will be charged G.S.T. only. Orders shipped to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I., Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged HST.
Orders Shipped to United States and other Global destinations will not be charged any tax by National 4WD Centres. Border duties may apply. Tariffs, duty, VAT and any other taxes or fees charged by customer’s destination country border is the responsibility of the customer. At such time as National 4WD may be charged brokerage fees, customs, taxes or any other fees surrounding an international order. National 4WD will forward such charges to the customer directly or National 4WD will charge the customer for such expenses to the account that the order was placed on.

Product Information/Support: We offer full customer support and are happy to assist you in the installation process should questions arise. Carefully read through all installation instructions prior to installation. If you are not sure that you received the proper parts, please contact National 4Wd prior to installation. You must contact our office within 7 business days with issues of damaged packages or incorrect parts. National 4WD is NOT responsible for parts that are installed improperly or not used for the applications intended. If you have any questions, call prior to installation… We are here to help.

Cancellations: Should you decide to cancel your order, you must contact National 4WDs Sales Department. At our discretion a cancellation fee of up to 30% will apply. Any orders cancelled after shipping are considered returns and you must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If you refuse a package, shipping charges will be billed to you for the return shipping and appropriate restocking fees applied.
