It’s Summer time, Jeep Season!
The one thing everybody asks… do I need my outside mirrors when I take my doors off? Simple answer is YES. Whether you are in the USA or Canada, many states or provinces require you to have rear view mirrors. The exact law varies from state to state, province to province.
Are there simple solutions… YES!
Mirror relocation brackets:
When you want to remove your doors from your Jeep® and permanently mount
side mirrors to your “A” pillar, you need a filler plate to fill the left over hole
on your door. Each steel filler plate attaches to the door using enclosed bolts
and can be easily painted to match your door.
These will not work with power mirrors.
Quick Release Mirror Relocation:
The mirrors mount to a bolt on bracket and are secured
with a locking knob that allows for easy installation
and removal. The long adjustable arms give you great
visibility with your doors off or on! Available in durable
black powder coat or stainless steel finish.
Can be used with or without power mirrors. These don’t require you to move your existing power mirrors.
